new years

so we had a great new years, all the pictures came out blurry!
i found the perfect dress though. . .

it is black velvet and fit perfect.

i can't hardly believe it's 2011.
i need to get my resolutions and intentions written down for the year.
i grabbled a renee locks calender. the quote for january:
"it's wonderful to wake up in the morning knowing you're doing ALL that you can do"

so we are going to howl new years event.

ok so i messed up and didn't read the discription correctly. last year was flapper. this year is noir/femme fatal. i google that but there isn't like a distinct look. i can't wear a flapper dress that's like dressing up for the wrong party it feels like.

i've been thinking about wearing my wedding dress, that i never wore. it's tea lenght, a line. kiko has a tux. red lipstick. . . or i'll just wear my black wiggle dress. . .

the dress

kiko and i are going to howl, with my friends cadee and sarah, for new years. it's speak easy/1920's themed.

i have 3 hours to decide if i should bid on this dress on ebay. . . it's pretty expensive. there is a cream one that is less expensive but it's so pretty. . . i'm in love with a dress. isn't it perfect?!

i may go cream. . . especially since i've only made $15 today at work.

all shook up

i've been feeling pretty shook up since getting home, still working on landing. . .
it was really great to be home, wasn't a very relaxing trip now. i've been dreaming of sandy beaches. . . my parents are going to hawaii for a month! so wishing i could go.

a bunch of things happened while i was gone that shook me up. my dreams got a little shook up, trying to figure out the new face of my dreams. there were many blessings, lessons and gifts but still working on processing. i finally got unpacked today. . . it took that long. i've had to work doubles every day since i got back, today was my first day off, and i got the cold everyone got.

anyway, i had an idea just now, maybe a first step? say a prayer if you can so i will know if it's the right first step to make to get to where we want to go (not sure what that looks like yet but will keep dreaming).
