this is clear concise and PERFECT! it only leaves out fasting, but i guess that's the opposite of eating but i think it's a new rule of mine. fasting is really amazing i recommend it.

rule #1. is eat food.

sting

kiko asked me about going to sting @ red rocks. i didn't really want to go until i saw him on the today show! the cheapest tickets available are 7th row 2 tickets would be $408! i found some on craigslist for face value we'll see if i can get us some. . . isn't his voice better than ever!? AND the royal philharmonic is amazing too! i wish i could afford front row tickets! ($400 each!)

tyler i haven't killed your orchid yet. this is the only flower but there are 5 new buds so i think that is normal. i'm guessing there will be a time when there are no flowers?

food obsession


since completing my master cleanse i've been obsessed with fruits and veg. i've been eating fruits for breakfast and snacks and a veg for lunch and dinner. i've been trying to eat lots of raw food, not a raw foodie by any means but i think it's important to eat some raw food everyday.

i've been trying to not eat much meat or dairy as i've eased back in to the world of food. i'm feeling good so far.

i've been working out, doing my p90x and going to yoga. i gotta do some running soon too but i've had a lot of work to do! UGH. . .

i think i'm going to do a yoga teacher traing too. . .
