free bird

i painted this. . . i've done a little more work on the bird cage since. the window is from an old life magazine from march 1962. it's a view from wright's fallingwater house. it couldn't have worked more perfectly. the madonna and child is Mantagna from the italian renassance, from an old book. it was black and white so i painted it.

now is my time to work on flying. . .
