
since completing my master cleanse i've been obsessed with fruits and veg. i've been eating fruits for breakfast and snacks and a veg for lunch and dinner. i've been trying to eat lots of raw food, not a raw foodie by any means but i think it's important to eat some raw food everyday.
i've been trying to not eat much meat or dairy as i've eased back in to the world of food. i'm feeling good so far.
i've been working out, doing my p90x and going to yoga. i gotta do some running soon too but i've had a lot of work to do! UGH. . .
i think i'm going to do a yoga teacher traing too. . .
