so when nearly having an emotional breakdown and a 10 year olds birthday party, the mother in law taught me some EFT (emotional freedom technique). this works so well. . . you can find lots of other videos online, but really it works so well. you can find it for happiness, anxiety, sleep, etc. . . but once you know the points you can just do it yourself with your own messages. . . it really really helps.
